PTC Myofascial Release opened in May 2016 as the first clinic on Atlanta's south side offering John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release.
We love what this amazingly effective work has helped us accomplish personally and are honored to share the gift of myofascial release with others! Anna has lived and worked in a variety of places but is excited to make Atlanta home.
Anna has completed many Barnes' MFR courses, and continues to repeat courses periodically to increase her knowledge and deepen her experience. Even though she is a trained massage therapist, she feels that myofascial release is the only hands-on modality that provides true long-lasting results!

Anna Lindberg, LMT
Anna first experienced MFR as a patient and immediately noticed positive changes in her own well-being. She earned her degree at the Central Pennsylvania School of Massage in 2010 and began taking Barnes' courses.
Setting up a practice in her PA hometown, she practiced MFR exclusively there for over five years. She relocated to Georgia in 2016 and opened PTC Myofascial Release.
